Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Product must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products purchased on final sale or clearance
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

Exchanges

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
